Where time stands still

Before it's a hotel, this place is a piece of land. 1,200 olive trees, some a century old, set in rows that follow the slope of the ground. These photographs show the finca as it was before construction began — the stone untouched, the trees unpruned for a season, the real silence of the Castilla-La Mancha countryside.
